Jeff Hartman, President
Founder and President of FirstLink, bringing more than 30 years of field services experience to the company. He built FirstLink from the ground up through hands-on leadership and a deep understanding of operations. Together with his wife and business partner, Jill Hartman, Jeff remains focused on delivering consistent, dependable service and long-term value to clients nationwide.
Jeremy Smith, VP of Operations
Jeremy has been a valued member of the FirstLink team since they opened in 2013. His field services career took flight when he joined First-Line Inc., a subsidiary of Diebold Nixdorf, as the Quality Control Manager. and a Superintendent for MPC contracting. Based in Arizona, Jeremy enjoys life in the desert state with his wife, Willow, and their three children.
Andrew Smith, Director of Operations
Andrew has been a member or the FirstLink team since inception in 2013. He has worked in field operations for over 20 years first as a construction superintendent for MPC contracting then as a territory manager for FirstLink service team and now as Director of Operations. Andrew is based in Arizona and enjoys getting out into nature in the Grand Canyon State with his wife and daughter whether it be hiking, kayaking, or fishing.
Tim Wickham, Business Development Manager
With an extensive background in customer service in the retail and healthcare industries, Tim joined the FirstLink team in 2020. His passion for innovation and finding ways to solve issues that impact business leaders make him the perfect fit for our client support team. He enjoys life in Colorado and stays busy with his wife of 25 years and their four wonderful boys.
Eric Morgan, CBA, Technology & Strategy Consultant
For over thirty years, Eric has helped companies of all sizes design, plan, and implement business and technology changes. He specializes in the strategy-to-execution lifecycle, brings a variety of tools and methodologies to to help FirstLink and their clients meet and exceed vital business goals. An avid brewmaster and licensed pilot, Eric is based in Rocklin, CA, with his wife and twin college grads!
